BEREAVEMENT AND GRIEF COACHING

Grief Coaching

What Is Grief Coaching?

Nobody is born knowing how to grieve the loss of a loved one. It’s something that everyone has to learn eventually — but you don’t have to learn it alone.

Let me help guide you through the journey of grief and help you find a new purpose in life. I have walked the lonely road that you’re now on, and I consider it an honour to be a heart with ears for those who come behind me.

When you have experienced the death of someone important to you making adjustments can be difficult. Grief can shake everything up including your thoughts and opinions, your personality, and even your sense of reality and your world.

Bereavement is a process and it takes time adjusting to our loss, individuals vary in the time limit and there is no right or wrong way to feel during the bereavement period  everyone must learn to cope in their own way.

Grief, although normal, can manifest in a huge range of unexpected ways. Grief Coaching may be useful during this process, talking allows a person to adjust to their new life and its changes. Everyone is different and internalizes things differently. Each of our pains is unique in that sense. Yet I understand to an extent due to the significant loss. With this kind of loss we will never be the same. Nor should we want to.

What Does A Grief Coach Do?

As your Grief Coach I will help you cope with the shock of your loss, come to terms with your emotions, and find new inspiration and meaning in your life — even if it all seems meaningless right now.

I will encourage you and help you focus on your transition. Your loss has changed your life immensely and permanently.

I will help take away the sense of isolation you feel, providing a supporting voice at the time you need it the most, and can help you plan a life that is purposeful.

Why Should You Use A Grief Coach?

No one understands like someone who has survived a significant loss.
As your Grief Coach I will bring experience and understanding to the process of grieving.

My hope is that you begin to heal the whole person all quadrants, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual need to be addressed.

You are in charge. You will decide if or when to take action to move from pain to peace.
