GRIEF YOGA
​We all experience grief because loss is universal. When we feel overwhelmed it is easy to suppress our emotions. We get stuck within our head and disconnected with our bodies and when we don’t allow ourselves to feel these feelings fully they get suppressed and stuck within the body and the body will remember.
