I can totally relate to how difficult it can be to take time out in our busy schedules. It is something that I have to constantly work on myself. Being gentle with yourself is the key. And I remind myself that for me, moving my body often through Yoga is a life long process. If I skip it, I can always come back to it when I'm ready.
I am thankful that my Movement for Grief Practice helps me to create a space to allow tears to flow through. That is healing.
