THE GRIEF RECOVERY METHOD
The Grief Recovery Method® is a programme of guided self-help for anyone who has experienced a loss due to the death of someone important in their life, the end of a relationship or one of over 40 significant life events that evoke grief.
A course consisting of between six to eight sessions teaches you how to let go of the pain, so you are able to enjoy your positive memories and lead a happier life.
The Grief Recovery Method® is the most comprehensive Grief Recovery education you will find. People come to us because their lives were devastated by personal loss.
One on One Classes (Via Zoom)

Cost: £700.00
We will meet 1 or 2 times per week in the privacy of your home on Zoom. All materials and your book will be included in the class price. The first three sessions will help you understand grief and the role it is currently playing in your life. The final four sessions are the recovery work. We will explore the relationship of your choice and go through the completion steps that help you regain the balance in your life. The scheduling for this class will be determined in your initial consultation.

Children are often the forgotten griever. This class is for adults to help children deal with death, divorce, pet loss, moving, changes in school schedules, and other losses. This class is the missing component in raising emotionally healthy children. We teach them how to receive and how to celebrate wins, this class will be the life skill to help them deal with the losses that are sure to come. This class is for Parents, Grand Parents, Teachers, and anyone who works with or loves children. The class will be on Online via Zoom limited to 6 participants and each class builds on the next. You will have about an hour of homework each week. The book for this class is included in your tuition.
